Blue Chip Company - The Blue Chip Company was formed by the former owners of Paulson after it was acquired by GPI. They have produced several well known home retail sets including Protege, Samurai Palace, Desert Palms, InPlay Clay, High Rollers, Royal Classics, Nevada Jacks, and many more. They also do custom clay poker chips than you can design yourself from the ground up including your own custom inlay. Blue Chip also manufacturers casino clay poker chips for many well known casinos around the world.
Atlantic Standard Molding (PokerChips.com) - ASM is the company behind PokerChips.com, and they manufacture what most believe to be the best custom clay poker chips for the home market. They have a wide variety of molds available, and you can design your own chips, colors, edge spots, and inlay to create a 100% custom clay poker chip. ASM also manufacturers casino chips for casinos around the world but is best known for its custom clay poker chips for the home market.

They also manufacture the European style plaques. I can't give enough praise to the amazing quality and attention to detail of their chips. They are beautiful chips but also carry a higher price tag.
SunFly - SunFly is a manufacturer of ceramic poker chip blanks that are used by a majority of custom ceramic poker chip printers. They offer several different versions of their blanks and also offer custom printing for your own set. They are based in China so it is usually not feasible for retail buyers to import directly from them. There are also some retail poker chip lines made on their blanks including the Lucky Dragon and The Valentino (Venetian knockoffs). The chips are not quite Chipco quality but are less expensive and allow for your own custom design for a reasonable price.
TR King - TR King was very popular clay chip manufacturer that recently closed its doors and no longer produces chips.
