Coconut Tree Casino Poker Chip Reviews

Coconut Tree Casino poker chips are a low cost ceramic chip made in China. The cost is very small compared to other ceramic chips on the market like those made by Chipco. There are 8 different denominations with different base colors for each. However, because the inlay area is somewhat large and is the same on each of the chips except for the denomination, the chips can be somewhat difficult to differentiate between the different denominations when looking at the faces. The edges also have edge spots which for some reason all seem like the same color. The base colors on the edges are different for each denomination. On the back of the chip is a view of a beach and palm tree with the denomination also.

Quality-wise, you can tell these are not casino quality chips. They sound good like a ceramic chip should and stack well, but the printing on the chips is somewhat poor quality. Most of the colors are a little faded and the detail and resolution is not very clear especially around the outer edges of the face. Some of the printing is also a bit off center. The face of the chips are relatively smooth but the chips are not too slippery either.

The bottom line is if you are looking for inexpensive ceramic chips, can live with the issues mentioned above, and you like the design...then these chips are for you!
